Bernie's Country Kitchen is a labor of love; providing truly authentic home cooking to you is one of our greatest pleasures.

We use only the highest quality ingredients and our family's time-tested recipes to provide you with specialty food products of a quality that is fast disappearing from today's marketplace.

All of our products are made by hand in small batches to ensure quality and adherence to our original recipes. No preservatives, colorings or fillers are ever added.

We fully support local agriculture and always use fresh, local Hudson Valley produce when in season.

BBQ Sauces

Three versions of sweet and spicy sauces that help turn meat, poultry, fish or vegetables into perfect barbecue. Use as is to finish grills or roasts, or dilute with oil, juice, or ginger ale to marinate or mop during cooking.

Fruit Preparations

Pickled cherries, No Sugar Added Preserved Blueberries, chutneys, pickles and more! We use local, fresh Hudson Valley produce in season.

Baked Goods

We create all-natural pastries, cakes, cookies and breads. All of our items are made by hand without preservatives, stabilizers or any other additives.

Orders are baked fresh, and shipped the same day. Some items are frozen to preserve their form while traveling. Any frozen items will be as good when you eat them as they were when we created them!

Pet Treats

All natural, healthy treats for dogs and cats. Gift baskets and "Welcome Home" puppy and kitten packages too!
